This policy explains what personal data aiadscourse collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Details you give us: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and any message you send to support. Transaction data: order ID, course purchased, amount, payment status and invoice details received from our payment gateway. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and basic usage analytics.
2. Payment information
We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV or netbanking credentials. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliant systems. We only receive confirmation of payment status and limited invoice details.
3. How we use your data
To deliver and support your course access, issue invoices, process refunds, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our payment gateway, course hosting and email providers, and our accountant for statutory filings. We never sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and complete checkout, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may not work correctly without essential cookies.
6. Data retention
Account and course-access data is kept for as long as your access is active. Invoice and transaction records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to people who need it. No online system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by writing to team@aiadscourse.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your data may end your course access.
9. Children
Our courses are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
